Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The container must be unused, in its original condition, and free from modifications.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
- Containers that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom-built or special-order containers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
